Made in batches

Our robes have been so popular that we make them in batches. Your robe is reserved at today's price the moment you order.

Processing time

Orders are finished, checked, packed and shipped within 14 days of purchase. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 15-30 business days of purchase. Holiday volume and customs can occasionally add a few days, and you can follow your package the whole way with your tracking link.

Shipping Protection

Orders with Shipping Protection are covered if they are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Email us within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll reship or refund your order.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships and we'll update it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
